Resep Makanan : Resep Lotek Burger Special Enak

Cara membuat Lotek Burger Special Enak :
  1. Memotong sayuran : kacang panjang, nanas, kedondong, tahu,petik bayam.
  2. Membuat saus : ulek kacnag tanah, bawnag putih, terasi, gula merah, kencur, daun jeruk, cabe, garam, mangga.
  3. Merebus sayuran setengah matang : kecambah, bayam, kacang panjang.
  4. Sebelum tahu digoreng, tahu direndam dalam air campur garam (tambahkan kaldu jika ada). Diamkan selama 5 menit.
  5. Menggoreng tahu.
  6. Buah-buahan dicuci dengan air garam untuk menghilangkan rasa getir,
  7. Menyusun masakan :Burger (dari bawah ke atas) tahu, telur, timun, tomat, kacang panjang, bayam, kecambah, tahu, telur, timun, tomat, buah.
  8. Tuangkan saus/bumbu ke atas burger lotek.
  9. Potong lontong dan masukkan ke dalam mangkuk.
  10. Membuat hiasan cabe. Keluarkan bijinya dan potong seperti kembang. Rendam dalam air es agar cabe bisa mekar.
  11. Tuangkan kecap manis.
  12. Taburkan bawang goreng.

RESEP RUJAK TAHU GIMBAL

Resep Rujak Tahu Gimbal

Bahan :
  • Bawang putih
  • Kacang tanah
  • Daun jeruk
  • Kecap
  • Bawang goreng
  • Kerupuk
  • Kecambah
  • Cabe
  • Petis
  • Garam
  • Gula Jawa
  • Rempah
  • rempah : daun salam, sere, laos
  • Jambu air
  • Nanas
  • Timun
  • Seledri
  • Kol
  • Tahu
  • Gimbal
Cara Membuat Rujak Tahu Gimbal :
  1. Rebus rempah
  2. rempah : daun salam, lengkuas, gula jawa, sere
  3. Potong bawang putih, cabe, daun jeruk
  4. Goreng kacang tanah
  5. Membuat bumbu halus : ulek cabe, daun jeruk, bawang putih, dan garam, lalu masukkan kacang, tambahkan petis, masukkan rebusan air rempah
  6. rempah, tambahkan kecap
  7. Potong tahu lalu goreng
  8. Potong kol, timun, jambu, nanas
  9. Goreng gimbal lalu potong
  10. Goreng kerupuk udang
  11. Siapkan daun seledri dan potong tipis
  12. Tata di piring : buah, kol, tahu, gimbal, kecambah
  13. Tuangkan bumbu halus
  14. Taburkan bawang merah, seledri, kerupuk
  15. Tuangkan kembali bumbu halus

INDONESIAN BEEF RENDANG RECIPE

Indonesian Beef Rendang Recipe

Ingredients :
  • 1 kg beef, cut into small pieces to taste
  • 2 liters of coconut milk from 3 grains of old coconut.
  • 1 stalk lemongrass, crushed
  • 1 sheet turmeric leaf
  • 5 lime leaves, tied with turmeric leaf
Spices :
  • 12-20 red chillies, ground
  • 6 red onions
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 cm ginger
  • 5 cm galangal
  • Salt to taste
Directions Indonesian Beef Rendang Recipe :
  1. Marinate beef that has been cut along with spices that have been refined at least 1 hour.
  2. Cook the coconut milk in the pan over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the coconut oil floats on the surface (at least 20 minutes) and set aside.

PINEAPPLE FRIED RICE RECIPE

Pineapple Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients :
